大田县地处闽中山区,总面积2294平方公里,有18个乡镇,265个行政村,4个居委会,总人口30万人,其中农业人口27万5千人,全县有25个医疗机构,其中乡镇卫生院18所,共有医务人员552人,行政村卫生所覆盖率100,有乡村医生122人,卫生员382人,接生员268人。十年卫生改革取得了不少成就,也存在一些问题。回头总结思考是很有必要的。一、卫生改革的必然性和合理性1.在党的十一届三中全会以来,各条战线各行各业都进行改革,改革成了历
