通过引入疏水单体和交联单体与醋酸乙烯共聚,探讨了聚合反应过程中温度、搅拌速度对乳液性能的影响,优化了共聚单体、保护胶体、乳化剂的最佳用量。最终合成了耐水性能优良的聚醋酸乙烯酯共聚乳液。然后通过自制的三聚氰胺甲醛树脂(MF)对乳液进行共混改性,得到了耐80℃水煮的聚醋酸乙烯酯乳液胶粘剂。
By introducing hydrophobic monomer and crosslinking monomer with vinyl acetate, the influence of temperature and stirring speed on the performance of the emulsion was discussed. The optimum dosage of comonomer, protective colloid and emulsifier was optimized. Polyvinyl acetate copolymer emulsion with excellent water resistance was finally synthesized. Then the blend was modified by self-made melamine formaldehyde resin (MF) to get the polyvinyl acetate emulsion adhesive resistant to boiling at 80 ℃.
