各省、自治区、直辖市卫生厅局,新疆生产建设兵 团卫生局: 为防止传染性非典型肺炎(以下简称非典)疫 情再次发生,各地卫生行政部门采取了一系列措 施积极开展非典防范工作。但是,在国务院督导 组赴各地督查非典防治工作的过程中,发现有些 地方对民办或个体医疗机构的医务人员培训不 够,存在隐患。为了切实做好非典防范工作,提出 以下要求:
