在研究角膜瘢痕(翳)的治疗方法和药剂时,须首先成功地复制其动物模型。李保储曾采用铁钉头烧烙法复制角膜瘢痕模型。而后子纯智教授等用凹面园形不锈钢烧烙钉复制成比较符合实际要求的模型,较之以往的平面不锈钢烧烙法有了很大改进,但仍有温度不易控制等不足之处。本文提出并研制了电热角膜瘢痕复制器。采用稀土热敏电阻测温仪对复制器进行了温度测定。给出了准确合适的复制温度及简捷的复制方法。我们用电热复制器给60只家兔进行了角膜瘢痕模型的复制,并观察和测试了复制效果,同时还用其进行了药效研究。结果表明,
In the study of corneal scar (翳) treatment methods and agents, we must first successfully replicate its animal model. Li Baochu has used the nail-head burn method to copy the corneal scar model.
