在经历了全球性的金融危机之后,“金砖四国”的经济率先回暖,在世界经济中的比重快速上升;四国的经济互补性和相互依存度不断提高,正成为一个具有共同愿景的全球性力量。2010年4月15日,“金砖四国”领导人第二次正式会晤在巴西利亚举行,中国国家主席胡锦涛发表了题为《合作开放互利共赢》的重要讲话,提出要从战略高度明确合作方向、推动合作进程。湖南商学院大国经济课题组近日特别邀请来自“金砖四国”的学者,就大国经济发展的特征和发展规律,特别是“金砖四国”的经济发展优势、战略模式选择以及合作的现实基础进行了系统研究并提出了诸多建设性的政策建议。本刊今日特摘发部分专家学者的观点,以飨读者。
