我厂产品所需6种不同类型的螺钉,均系外购的标准件。其材质为低碳钢,改锥口处硬度很低,在装配和调试过程中,改锥口处很易变形,严重时使螺钉失效。为解决这一问题,我们采用薄层渗碳,然后再经淬火和回火,从而提高螺钉的表面硬度,延长使用寿命。一、螺钉的类型和技术要求1.螺钉的类型见图1。2.螺钉的技术要求:渗碳层为0.15~0.35mm,淬火硬度HRC33~38。二、渗碳工艺设计及装箱方法
