劳动关系是社会关系的一个重要组成部分,它不仅直接影响着企业的生产经营,还关系到社会的稳定。工会是在劳动关系的产物,其主要职责是维护职工的合法权益,新时期对工会的工作提出的新的要求。本文在分析国有企业中劳动关系变化新特点的基础上,对在新形势下,如何发挥工会的作用,构建企业和谐劳动关系,加强纪检监察工作力度提出了几点参考意见。
Labor relations is an important part of social relations. It not only directly affects the production and operation of enterprises, but also relates to the social stability. Trade unions are the product of labor relations. Their main duties are to safeguard the lawful rights and interests of workers and staff members, and to set new demands on the work of trade unions in the new period. On the basis of analyzing the new features of labor relations in state-owned enterprises, this article puts forward some suggestions on how to play the role of trade unions under the new situation, how to build harmonious labor relations and how to strengthen discipline inspection and supervision.
