应用多聚酶链反应技术检测了14例急性淋巴细胞白血病(ALL)患者的bcr/abl融合基因、TCRγ基因重排及IgH基因重排,结果发现,bcr/abl融合基因阳性5例,阳性率35.7%,其中4例为B-ALL,1例TCRγ及IgH基因重排均阴性。bcr/abl(+)患者与bcr/abl(-)患者在临床表现方面无显著性差异,但bcr/abl(+)患者治疗效果比bcr/abl(-)患者差。
The bcr / abl fusion gene, TCRγ gene rearrangement and IgH gene rearrangement were detected by polymerase chain reaction in 14 cases of acute lymphoblastic leukemia (ALL). The positive rate of bcr / abl fusion gene in 5 cases was 35. 7%, of which 4 cases were B-ALL, 1 case of TCRγ and IgH gene rearrangement were negative. There was no significant difference in clinical manifestations between patients with bcr / abl (+) and those with bcr / abl (-), but patients treated with bcr / abl (+) had worse outcomes than those with bcr / abl (-).
