加强职业教育是卓越法律人才培养的关键突破点。我国现有的法学职业教育存在着许多不足,具体表现在对职业教育功能认识模糊、职业教育培养机制单一、职业教育教学手段固化、职业教育课程设置混乱以及职业教育师资力量薄弱等五个方面。为了提升法律人才的职业能力,我们必须认清法学职业教育的功能、创新培养机制、科学构建课程体系、改革教学方法以及完善师资队伍建设。
Strengthening Vocational Education Is the Key Breakthrough Point in Training Excellent Legal Talents. There are many shortcomings in the current law vocational education in our country, which are manifested in five aspects: the vague awareness of the function of vocational education, the single mechanism of vocational education training, the cure of vocational education and teaching methods, the disorder of vocational education curriculum and the weakness of vocational education teachers. In order to enhance the professional ability of legal professionals, we must recognize the function of legal vocational education, innovate the training mechanism, construct the curriculum system scientifically, reform the teaching methods and improve the teaching staff building.
