当今的教育体制,职业教育成为教育体系中不可缺少的一部分。职业教育课堂的合理化和开放性在于有效的管理策略实施。针对我国目前的情况看,发展职业教育的管理关键在于具体化、科学化和合理化的开展管理。职业教育管理工作不仅要认真贯彻管理的基本原则,还要深刻研究和探讨教育管理工作的方法,以提高教育管理工作的效率实施速度。
Today’s education system and vocational education have become an indispensable part of the education system. The rationalization and openness of vocational education classroom lies in the effective management of the implementation of the strategy.
