针对辽通公司热电分公司在十一五期间两台循环流化床(CFB)锅炉床温高、炉内温度不均、稀相区灰浓度低等问题.从回料器配风、入炉煤粒度、总风量、流化风、入炉煤粒度床压等方面进行了燃烧调整试验。结果表明。通过减少回料器进料侧风量和入炉煤粒度、调节一次风和二次风量的配比等措施,可使平均床温由调整前的990℃降至920~930℃,效果显著。
