我国农作物病虫测报计算机应用起步于70年代末、80年代初,初期五年学走路,艰难起步,近期五年跨步走、发展较快,正在填补植保、测报上的空白点。1982年,部、省级植保(测报)站共有计算机5台,到1985年,发展到9台,至1989年,已有60余台。1985年以来,地县级植保(测报)站计算机硬件配备从无到有,几乎以翻番的速度增加到200多台.计算机已成为广大测报技术人员的得力工具。1982年以来,各级植保(测报)站,作了大量
