目的介绍4例老年患者应用加替沙星引起不良反应的病例,引起临床医师注意。方法对4例老年患者应用加替沙星后引起不良反应病例进行回顾性研究。结果4例患者不良反应均与加替沙星有关。二次用药时发生率高。结论中枢神经系统疾病患者禁用加替沙星,老年患者用药需针对性地采取措施,防止药物不良反应。
Objective To introduce four cases of gatifloxacin-induced adverse reactions in elderly patients, causing clinicians to pay attention. Methods A retrospective study was conducted on the cases of adverse reactions caused by gatifloxacin in 4 elderly patients. Results The adverse reactions in 4 patients were all related to gatifloxacin. The second high incidence of medication. Conclusions Gatifloxacin is disabled in patients with central nervous system diseases. Elderly patients need to take targeted measures to prevent adverse drug reactions.
