油管是液压系统中的辅助件,管道孔壁的清洁与否,直接影响油路系统工作介质的清洁度。我厂生产的100吨万能材料试验机,油路系统压力为240kgf/cm~2,采用45~#无缝钢管作为管材,管长有的达4m多,孔径分φ8、φ11mm两种。由于管理不善,大批油管的孔壁发生严重腐蚀,出现锈斑、氧化脱落等。针对这一情况,我们搞了油管孔壁旋拉削新工艺,使大批无法使用的高压油管获得了新生。
The oil pipe is an auxiliary component in the hydraulic system. The cleanliness of the pipe hole wall directly affects the cleanliness of the working medium of the oil system. The 100-ton universal material testing machine produced by our factory has a pressure of 240kgf/cm~2 in the oil circuit system. 45~# seamless steel pipes are used as pipes, and some of the pipe lengths are more than 4m, and the hole diameters are φ8 and φ11mm. Due to poor management, the wall of a large number of fuel pipes has undergone severe corrosion, resulting in rust spots, oxidized shedding, and the like. In view of this situation, we have developed a new process for rotating the tubing borehole wall, which has resulted in the emergence of a large number of unusable high pressure tubing.
