教师是幼儿园日常管理的核心因素。管理者需要首先了解并关心教师的现状、愿望、能力、潜力、要求、困难;再考虑事情的性质、做法、评价。人是长期的,事是短暂的;人是活的,事是死的;对人的管理错误造成的后果是难以挽回的,对事的不当处理产生的损失却是可以弥补的。在现代人力资源管理中,任何管理措施的出发点和着眼点都应是人。幼儿园每天事务繁忙,当管人和做事放在一起时,有些园长往往习惯性地选择先做好事,以身作则,身先士卒,用保质保量完成的一件件事情来影响教师,从而推动各项工作的开展,这是先事后人的传统管理模式。北京市第一幼儿园(以下简称“一幼”)在长期实践中,总结出先人后事的管理策略。
