目的:为研究突聋的发病与局部脑血流量(rCBF)的关系以及治疗前后听觉功能变化的机制。方法:应用单光子发射型计算机断层(SPECT)显像,比较了20例突聋患者治疗前后rCBF摄取计数(RC)和摄取比值(RI)。结果:①治疗前患侧RC较健侧有显著性降低,②治疗后RI较治疗前有显著性增高。结论:①突聋发病与局部脑组织(颞叶)血流灌注量降低有关,②本项研究治疗有效,并且治疗后颞叶听觉中枢灌注状态改善与临床听觉功能好转一致。
Objective: To study the relationship between the incidence of sudden deafness and regional cerebral blood flow (rCBF) and the mechanism of auditory function before and after treatment. Methods: Single photon emission computed tomography (SPECT) imaging was used to compare rCBF uptake (RC) and uptake ratio (RI) before and after treatment in 20 patients with sudden deafness. Results: ① Before treatment, the affected side RC was significantly lower than that of the contralateral side, ② RI was significantly higher than that before treatment. Conclusion: (1) The incidence of sudden deafness is related to the decrease of blood flow perfusion of the local brain tissue (temporal lobe). The treatment of this study is effective and the improvement of auditory central perfusion state in temporal lobe is consistent with the improvement of clinical auditory function.
