利福平(RFP)的灭菌作用使结核病化疗有可能缩短疗程,它和异烟肼(INH)、乙胺丁醇(BMB)合用9个月,取得INH和链霉素(SM)、对氨水杨酸(PAS)联合治疗18个月的同样疗效。如果RFP+INH+EMB再加吡嗪酰胺(PZA),可缩短疗程至半年。鉴于小鼠模型在结核病化疗发展中起到重要作用,作者从以下三方面总结了小鼠实验化疗的最新成果: 1.PZA在短程化疗中的作用:(1)将动物分成2组,Ⅰ组强化期用INH+RFP,Ⅱ组用INH+RFP+PZA,均为2个月。两组继用INH+RFP 4个月。停止治疗后半年,取小鼠脾及肺作结核菌培养,Ⅰ、Ⅱ两组的阳性率分别为36.5%及10.7%,差异显著(P<0.05)。此结果说明PZA在强化期可增强INH+RFP
The sterilizing effect of rifampicin (RFP) makes tuberculosis chemotherapy possible to shorten the course of treatment. It has been combined with isoniazid (INH) and ethambutol (BMB) for 9 months to obtain INH and streptomycin (SM) Aminosalicylic acid (PAS) combined treatment of 18 months the same effect. Two groups followed INH + RFP for 4 months. Six months after the treatment was stopped, the spleen and lungs of mice were used for the culture of Mycobacterium tuberculosis. The positive rates of the two groups were 36.5% and 10.7%, respectively (P <0.05). This result shows that PZA enhances INH + RFP during enhancement
