我小时候在富平长大,目前生活在仁川。不过,富平现在是属于仁川市富平洞,可以说我一生未能离开仁川。 我上小学前学会了下围棋。父亲退休后,以围棋消遣,我在他的肩后边看棋,学棋。现在想来,当时父亲的棋力是10级左右。父亲认为:未来的社会可以靠一技之长生活,不必一定要求学。因为父亲的达观,我得以在围棋上发展。1969年冬,我小学五年级时进入了韩国棋院研究生班,和同龄的金东勉、李溪勋、李鹤洙、李宗哲等分在第二组。第一组由张秀英、李东奎、朴宗烈、徐奉洙等前辈组成。后来我们都成为了职业棋手。
When I was a kid, I grew up in Fuping and currently lives in Incheon. However, Fuping now belongs to Incheon City Fuping-dong, I can say my life failed to leave Incheon. I learned to play chess before elementary school. After his father retired to go play chess, I am behind his shoulder to see chess, learn chess. Now want to come, when the father’s strength is about 10. My father believes that the future of society can rely on the skills of a long life, do not have to learn. Because of my father’s opinion, I can develop on Go. The winter of 1969, I entered the fifth grade primary school Korea Chess graduate classes, and the same age Jindong Mian, Li Xixun, Li Hezhu, Li Zongzhe sub-divided in the second group. The first group consists of Zhang Xiuying, Li Dongkui, Pu Zonglie, Xu Fengzhu and other predecessors. Later we became professional players.
