目前,国营农场已大面积采用化学除草剂进行除草,但往往由于喷洒机具的基本部件的参数选用不合适,而造成喷洒药量不当,结果收不到理想的效果或产生药害。为了正确选择喷洒机具基本部件的合理参数,减少繁琐的计算,我们在生产实践中摸索出简便的计算方法,并绘制出简便计算图表(图1)和药剂浓度图表(图2)。这个图表一般驾驶员容易掌握,使用方便、准确,能迅速进行验算和选择参数,因而节省时间,保证作业质量,利于提高工效。
At present, state-owned farms have used chemical herbicides for weeding on a large area. However, due to improper selection of the parameters of the basic components of the spraying equipment, improper spray dosage results in unsatisfactory results or injury. In order to correctly select the reasonable parameters of the basic components of the spraying equipment and to reduce the cumbersome calculation, we found out a simple calculation method in the production practice and plotted the simple calculation chart (Figure 1) and the drug concentration chart (Figure 2). The chart is generally easy to grasp the pilot, easy to use, accurate, can quickly check and select the parameters, thus saving time, ensure job quality, help to improve work efficiency.
