1 病历摘要例1,26岁。经后第3天,一般情况好,T、p、R、BP 正常。常规消毒后置含铜21号活性节育环1枚,手术过程顺利,无不适感。术后30min 诉恶心、呕吐、头晕。查:T36℃,P100次/min,R23次/min,BP9/6kPa,面色苍白,四肢厥冷,心音低钝,律齐,心率100次/min,腹平软,无腹膜刺激症状。立即肌注阿托品1mg,静脉推注50%葡萄糖100ml 加维生素 C2.0g。地塞米松10mg,症状无明显缓慢。B 超示宫内置环。排空膀胱取出节育环,症状消失,T、P、R、BP 正常。追问病史,有青霉素过敏史。
