How to solve the problem of English classroom teaching mode and ensure the teaching quality of English class is a big challenge in current English teaching. This paper analyzes the teachers’ leading manpower in classroom teaching and expounds the leading role of teachers in English teaching through its importance, premise and implementation so as to guide students to learn actively and ensure the quality of English classroom teaching.
