本文认为在网络环境下,高校图书馆加强信息服务工作,应该做好信息用户的调查分析研究,了解用户的信息需求;针对用户的信息需求,开发特色信息资源数据库;提高信息服务人员的素质;开展网络用户培训;推出特色服务等。
