加强执政能力建设,是新形势下党的建设的重点。乡村党组织的执政能力不仅关系到“三农”问题的解决程度和农村小康建设进程,而且关系到党的形象和党在农村工作的基础。因此,必须把乡村党组织执政能力建设摆在更加突出的位置切实抓紧抓好。
Strengthening the building of the government’s ability is the focus of party building under the new situation. The governing ability of the rural party organizations not only concerns the resolution of the “three rural issues” and the process of building a well-off society in rural areas, but also the party’s image and the party’s foundation in rural work.
