随着免疫功能不全人群增多,热带假丝酵母菌已成为院内感染重要的非白假丝酵母之一。热带假丝酵母菌的致病性与一系列的毒力因子有关,重要的毒力因子包括:黏附和生物膜形成、天冬氨酰蛋白酶、磷脂酶及溶血活性。目前关于假丝酵母菌毒力因子的研究多集中于白色假丝酵母菌,而热带假丝酵母菌毒力因子的研究十分有限,其致病机制尚不清楚,本文就目前最新的热带假丝酵母菌毒力因子研究进展进行综述。
With the increase of immunocompromised people, Candida tropicalis has become one of the important non-albicans in nosocomial infections. Candida tropicalis pathogenicity and a series of virulence factors, the important virulence factors include: adhesion and biofilm formation, aspartyl protease, phospholipase and hemolytic activity. At present, most studies on the virulence factors of Candida are focused on Candida albicans, but the virulence factor of Candida tropicalis is very limited, and the pathogenesis of Candida tropicalis is not clear. In this paper, The research progress on virulence factors of yeast was reviewed.
