目的研究某三级甲等医院骨质疏松症患者出院准备度现状、出院指导质量现状,探讨两者之间的相关性。方法横断面调查研究,采用患者基本资料问卷、患者出院准备度量表和出院指导质量量表,对成都市某三级甲等医院114例出院当天的骨质疏松症患者进行调查。结果骨质疏松症患者出院准备度条目均分为(7.40±1.35)分,出院指导质量条目均分为(8.16±1.59)分。骨质疏松症患者出院准备度各维度得分从高到低依次为可获得的社会支持、自身状况、出院后应对能力、疾病知识;出院指导质量各维度得分排序为出院讲授技巧、出院指导内容;骨质疏松症患者出院准备度和出院指导质量呈正相关(r=0.452,P<0.01)。结论骨质疏松症患者出院准备度现状处于中等水平,出院指导质量较好,其出院准备度和出院指导质量呈正相关,医务人员对患者出院指导的内容应加强,以更好地提高骨质疏松症患者的出院准备度。
Objective To study the status quo of hospital discharge preparation, the quality of discharge guidance, and the correlation between them in patients with osteoporosis in a tertiary hospital. Methods In the cross-sectional study, 114 patients with osteoporosis on the day of discharge in a tertiary level hospital in Chengdu were investigated with questionnaire of patient basic information, patient discharge preparation scale and discharge guidance quality scale. Results The scores of discharge preparation degree of osteoporosis patients were all divided into (7.40 ± 1.35) points and the quality of discharge guidance items were (8.16 ± 1.59) points. Discharge preparedness of osteoporosis patients in all dimensions scored in descending order of available social support, their own condition, discharge ability to respond to the disease, knowledge of the disease; Discipline quality indicators for the discharge of various discharge rank order discharge skills, discharge guidance content; There was a positive correlation between the degree of discharge preparation and the quality of discharge guidance in patients with osteoporosis (r = 0.452, P <0.01). Conclusion The present status of discharge preparation for osteoporosis patients is at medium level, the quality of discharge guidance is good, the discharge preparation degree is positively correlated with the quality of discharge guidance, and the medical staff should strengthen the discharge guidance of patients in order to better improve osteoporosis The patient’s discharge preparation.
