In January 2015, Michelin (China) Investment Co., Ltd. announced the full launch of Worry-Free Business Club Service 2.0 for card-bus users, a comprehensive upgrade to Worry-Free Business Travel 1.0. Worry-Free Business 2.0 is designed to continuously improve user experience and enhance customer satisfaction through a more convenient and user-friendly communication platform and service content. The service upgrade is another innovative measure Michelin has continuously promoted the development of service in China’s passenger car market.
