本文报道了在室温条件下采用离子束共溅射技术制备的Co22Ag78颗粒膜的巨磁阻(GMR)效应及其微结构。GMR采用直流四探针法测量,给出了GMR与外场和退火温度的关系.透射电子显微镜、电子衍射和X射线衍射结果显示样品呈现面心立方(fcc)结构,并具有(111)织构。利用透射电子显微镜配备的摄象系统对样品中Co颗粒在退火条件下的形变和生长进行了实时观测。铁磁共振结果表明,在退火过程中Co颗粒形变和生长主要沿膜面进行。
This paper reports the giant magnetoresistance (GMR) effect and its microstructure of Co22Ag78 particles prepared by ion beam co-sputtering at room temperature. The GMR is measured by the four-probe DC method and gives the relationship between the GMR and the field and annealing temperature. Transmission electron microscopy, electron diffraction and X-ray diffraction results showed that the sample exhibited a fcc structure and had (111) texture. The deformation and growth of Co particles in the sample under annealing conditions were observed in real time using a camera system equipped with a transmission electron microscope. The results of ferromagnetic resonance show that Co particles deform and grow mainly along the membrane surface during annealing.
