为探究增强树脂混凝土(PC)的新途径,参照前期钢纤维增强树脂混凝土(SFPC)的研究经验并运用分形几何理论确定了以玄武岩为骨料的BFPC的组分配比;对素树脂混凝土(PC)和BFPC的抗压和劈裂抗拉性能进行了实验研究.将其实验结果进行对比分析,结果表明:当采用合理的制备工艺向PC中加入合适几何参数和含量的玄武岩纤维时,玄武岩纤维既可以在一定程度上阻止固化成型时的收缩初始裂纹,又可以阻止在载荷作用下的裂纹扩展,从而使BFPC较PC的抗压强度提高27.3%,劈裂抗拉强度高17.4%.
In order to explore new ways to reinforce PC resin, the composition ratio of BFPC with basalt as the aggregate was determined with reference to the previous research experience of steel fiber-reinforced resin (SFPC) and fractal geometry theory. For PC resin ) And the compressive and splitting tensile properties of BFPC were studied.The experimental results were compared and analyzed.The results showed that when basalt fiber with appropriate geometric parameters and contents was added to PC by reasonable preparation process, It can not only prevent the initial shrinkage during curing, but also prevent the crack growth under load. As a result, the compressive strength of BFPC is 27.3% higher than that of PC and the splitting tensile strength is 17.4% higher.
