刀具切削状态的在线监测是ＦＭＳ和ＣＩＭＳ等自动化技术中的难题，国内外已有许多专家和学者进行了深入研究．针对目前刀具切削状态在线监测中出现的问题，提出了一种用冷却液或润滑液作为信号传输媒介拾取刀具切削状态的新型传感原理和方法，并应用于实际的切削状态在线监测过程中，经大量实验和使用，验证了其可行性和实用性．
The online monitoring of cutting status is a difficult problem in automation technology such as FMS and CIMS. Many experts and scholars at home and abroad have conducted in-depth research. Aiming at the problems existing in the on-line monitoring of the cutting status of cutting tools, a new sensing principle and method for picking up the cutting status of cutting tools with coolant or lubricating fluid is put forward and applied to the actual on-line monitoring of cutting status. After a large number of experiments and use, verify its feasibility and practicality.
