试验设秧龄、播量、激素、肥料、上水时期等5个因素,每因素设3或6个水平,正交法设计。试验结果表明,激素对秧苗素质的影响最大,秧龄和播量有一定的影响,肥料和上水时期影响不明显。激素对秧苗素质的影响主要表现在:①激素处理能明显控制秧苗高度,烯效唑浸种加多效唑喷施(以下简称“双控”)控矮效果好于单独用烯效唑浸种(以下简称“单控”),控矮有效期限在40天左右;②激素处理有促进秧苗早分蘖、多分蘖的作用,效果也以双控为好;③激素处理特别是双控后,植株体内可溶性糖含量下降,淀粉含量上升,使植株老健,抗逆性增强。
