【正】诺贝尔经济奖获得者、美国经济学家史蒂格勒曾说过:纵观世界上著名的大企业、大公司,没有一家不是在某个时候以某种方式通过资本运营发展起来的,也没有哪一家是单纯依靠企业自身利润的积累发展起来的。这话着实不假。在互联网上搜索一下资本运营的财经新闻,经常会出现国内外大集团的名称,而且更多是集中在IT产业、大型制造业。事实上,国内几乎所有的具有规模效应的农资企业,从中农到中化,从红太阳集团到兰州三丰农资,都开始了其资本运营的时代。
