钨、钼酸盐红色荧光粉的激发光谱与现有紫外光、蓝光LED芯片的发射光谱非常吻合,可以被现有的LED芯片有效激发。发射色纯度较高的红光,对白光LED的发展非常重要,将成为今后白光LED用红色荧光粉的研究重点。
The excitation spectra of tungsten and molybdate red phosphors are in good agreement with the emission spectra of the existing UV and blue LED chips and can be effectively excited by the existing LED chips. Launching high purity red color is very important for the development of white LED and will become the research focus of red phosphors for white LED in the future.
