心脉宁能缩小在体大鼠冠状动脉结扎再通后的心肌梗塞范围，促进离体大鼠复灌后心脏冠脉流量、心率、心收缩力的恢复，改善在体和离体大鼠心脏缺血后复灌引起的SOD活力的降低、MDA的升高。提示该药对心肌缺血再灌注损伤具有一定的保护作用。
