现实生活中存在着大量的违章建筑,对于违章建筑,大多数人认为,因违章建筑具有先天的违法性,不应该存在,即使存在,也难以逃脱被拆除的命运。不可否认的是,虽然国家和政府出台一系列法律、法规遏制违章建筑,但是违章建筑并没有在政府的高压态势下消亡,在现实中仍然大量存在。违章建筑在未被拆除之前,违章建筑的建造人享有不动产所有权,以违章建筑作为标的物的买卖合同是有效的。
In real life, there are a large number of illegal structures.
