一不断革命論和革命发展阶段論相統一的观点,是队始至終貫串在“关于人民公社若干問題的决議”中的一个基本出发点。因此,我們在考察人民公社的分配制度时,也必須坚持这个基本出发点,才能够对問題有正确的認識。什么是不断革命論和革命发展阶段論呢? 所謂不断革命论,这就是說,我們馬克思列宁主义者認为:“在民主革命和社会主义革命之間,在社会主义到共产主义之間,沒有隔着也不允許隔着万里长城”(决議),而应当是相互联系、相互銜接和相互渗透的,应当是一个革命接着一个革命,把一个革命的胜利当作另一个革命的开始,这样不間断不停頓地进行下去,使前一个革命为后一个革命扫清道路和准备条件,在必要条件具备的时候,坚决实行革命的轉变,由一个革命进到另一个革命。如果使革命间断下来,中途停顿或者停步不前,在民主革命和社会主义革命、在社会主义和共产主义之間挖上一道人为的鴻沟,把它們截然分割开来,就会犯右傾保守主义的錯誤。
