在大鼠胃体前壁近胃窦处浆膜下注射冰醋酸造成溃疡模型，并进一步切除双侧下颌下腺，以观察其对大鼠体重和溃疡愈合的影响。术后１４、２８、３５和５０ｄ观察溃疡愈合状况，发现下颌下腺切除明显延迟了溃疡的愈合。术后１４和２８ｄ，胃溃疡大鼠体重增长减缓。结果提示，下颌下腺产生的某些物质可能是维持机体生长和促进溃疡愈合的重要因素。
Subcutaneous injection of glacial acetic acid in the anterior gastric wall near the gastric antrum resulted in a model of ulcer, and bilateral submandibular glands were further excised to observe the effect on body weight and ulcer healing in rats. At 14, 28, 35 and 50 days after operation, ulcer healing was observed and it was found that submandibular gland resection delayed the ulcer healing significantly. After 14 and 28 days, the body weight of gastric ulcer rats slowed down. The results suggest that some of the substances produced by the submandibular gland may be an important factor in maintaining body growth and promoting ulcer healing.
