实验性急性缩窄主动脉时,对照组(C组)、豚鼠肺气肿1月组(E_1组)和豚鼠肺气肿3月组(E_3组)的左室内压上升最大速率之变化率(ΔLV+dp/dt max)与右室内压上升最大速率之变化率(ΔRV+dp/dt max)均为正值,且均呈显著直线相关;C组回归曲线的斜率明显大于E_1组和E_3组。急性缩窄肺动脉时,三组的ΔRV+dp/dt max均为正值,而ΔLV+dp/dt max均为负值,但均无负相关关系。表明右室具有收缩性;左、右心室相互之间可通过心肌直接影响,也可通过循环间接影响,影响程度取决于左、右室各自的功能水平与负荷状态。
Experimental acute narrowing of aorta, the rate of change of the maximum rate of increase of left ventricular pressure in the control group (C group), guinea pig emphysema January group (E_1 group) and guinea pig emphysema March group (E_3 group) ΔLV + dp / dt max) and the rate of change of the maximum rate of right ventricular pressure rise (ΔRV + dp / dt max) were positive and significant linear correlation; the slope of the regression curve of C group was significantly larger than that of E_1 and E_3 groups . In the acute pulmonary artery constriction, ΔRV + dp / dt max was positive in all three groups, while ΔLV + dp / dt max was negative, but no negative correlation was found. Right ventricular systolic contractility; left and right ventricle can directly affect each other through the myocardium, but also indirectly through the cycle of influence depends on the left and right ventricular function level and load status.
