本文对山东肿足蕨中还原糖、总多糖进行了鉴定和含量测定。还原糖检出葡萄糖,总多糖酸水解液检出葡萄糖、葡萄糖醛酸。总多糖含量:根33.8%、茎6.98%、叶10.8%。
In this paper, the reducing sugars and total polysaccharides in the fern-footed ferns from Shandong were identified and assayed. Glucose was detected in the reducing sugar, and glucose and glucuronic acid were detected in the total polysaccharide acid hydrolyzate. Total polysaccharide content: root 33.8%, stem 6.98%, leaf 10.8%.
