根据糖尿病足不同分级,采用综合治疗措施,即饮食控制、适量运动、良好血糖控制、改善微循环、营养神经、控制感染、局部处理、支持疗法和手术等治疗。结果:0、1、2级共30例均治愈;3级10例治愈8例;4级10例治愈4例,截肢1例;5级8例治愈2例,截肢2例。4~5级共18例,转流手术治愈6例。总治愈率75·86%,其中0~3级治愈率为95%,4~5级治愈率33·33%。结论:糖尿病足早期发现,早期综合治疗多能治愈。
According to different grading of diabetic foot, comprehensive treatment measures are adopted, namely diet control, moderate exercise, good glycemic control, microcirculation improvement, nutrition nerves, infection control, local treatment, supportive therapy and surgery. Results: Totally 30 cases were cured at grade 0, 1 and 2; 8 were cured at grade 3, 4 were cured at grade 4, 1 was amputated at grade 4, 2 were cured at grade 8, 2 were amputated. There were 18 cases in grade 4 ~ 5 and 6 cases were cured by bypass surgery. The total cure rate was 75.86%, of which the 0 ~ 3 grade cure rate was 95% and the 4 ~ 5 grade cure rate was 33.33%. Conclusion: Early detection of diabetic foot, early comprehensive treatment can be cured.
