眼球摘除时眶内植入义眼台,其主要并发症是义眼台脱出或感染,未见植入术后眶内大出血病例报告。新近我院一例义眼台植入术后3月,眶内发生大出血病例。报告如下。濮△△,女,20岁。22月前(1991年2月20日),左眼被其男友之汽枪子弹误伤失明,次日来我院诊治。右眼1.5,内外眼正常。左眼无光感。前房、玻璃体积血。眼压:T-3X线照片:左眼球内7×6mm金属异
