By moderately expanding government expenditure to stabilize the current growth and striving for proactive private investment for steady growth in the next year, it has hit record lows for several consecutive months with a monthly negative growth rate and a cumulative growth rate approaching zero. Non-governmental investment accounts for about 2/3 of the total investment (excluding farmers). At present, capital formation accounts for about 40% of GDP. If non-government investment approaches zero during the year, GDP growth will be reduced by about 1/6 less. Investment increased
