重庆钢铁公司职工医院座落在四川省重庆市西郊大渡口钢铁村的长江之滨,是一所具有50年历史的综合性企业医院。始建于1938年,为国民党经济部资(原委员会和军政部兵工署)上海迁建委员会医院。1949年6月改称兵工署29兵工厂医院。建国后,人民政府按管,改称西南一○一钢铁厂医院,1955更名为重庆钢铁公司职工医院。该院系实行处、院合一的建制。即对内既管理企业本部职工医院,又行使本企业卫生行政管理职能;对外称重庆钢铁公司职工医院。该院住院部占地面积1.5万平方米,建筑面积17615平方米,另有分部在大渡口区内的三个门诊部。全院绿化面积达可绿化面积的80%。医院开设病床500张,担负重钢58个工
