矿井提升运输系统是矿井生产的重要环节,而钢丝绳作为整个提升运输系统的纽带,处于矿井的咽喉部位,在矿山安全生产中占据重要的地位。在工作过程中,钢丝绳受到的载荷存在不确定性,在复杂的工况环境中,决定了钢丝绳不可避免会受到各种损伤,致使钢丝绳的抗拉强度发生变化。当钢丝绳的实际抗拉强度低于规定的安全系数时,存在断绳的风险。对损伤严重的钢丝绳必须适时更换,以杜绝断绳事故的发生,从而保障煤矿的安全生产以及相关人员的人身安全。
Mine shaft hoisting and conveying system is an important part of mine production. As the link of lifting transportation system, wire rope lies in the throat of the mine and occupies an important position in mine safety production. In the course of work, the load on the wire rope is uncertain. Under complicated working conditions, it is inevitable that the wire rope will suffer various damages and the tensile strength of the wire rope will change. When the actual tensile strength of the rope is lower than the specified safety factor, there is a risk of breaking the rope. Serious damage to the steel wire rope must be timely replaced in order to prevent the occurrence of broken rope accident, so as to protect the safety of coal mines and the safety of personnel.
