The 16th National Congress of the Communist Party of China reports that it is a programmatic document of Marxism Comrade Hu Jintao pointed out during his discussion in the delegation of Tibet that the 16th CPC National Congress is a very important congress held by our party in the new phase of the new century and has the Significant and far-reaching significance.
