根据国家发改委、能源局的安排,国家电网公司曾于2010年10月开始有序推进“农网改造升级示范县”的建设工作。该项工作计划在较短的时间内,集中入力、物力、财力,建立起一批农网改造升级示范县,以推动全国范围内农网改造升级工程的顺利有效实施。2013年,80多家示范县相继完成了农网改造升级建设的验收工作,他们在农网改造升级建设方面的举措和经验,在全国范围内具有一定的代表意义。
According to the arrangements of the National Development and Reform Commission and the Bureau of Energy, the State Grid Corporation of China once started the construction in an orderly manner in October 2010 for the demonstration and reform of rural power grids. The work plan in a relatively short period of time, focus on energy, material and financial resources, the establishment of a number of rural power grids to transform and upgrade demonstration counties in order to promote the nationwide rural power grids to upgrade the smooth implementation of the project. In 2013, over 80 demonstration counties successively completed the acceptance inspection of the reconstruction and upgrading of rural power grids. Their initiatives and experiences in the transformation and upgrading of rural power grids have a certain significance on a nationwide scale.
