结合万开高速公路铁峰山右线2号隧道工程实际,研究分析了混凝土防地下水侵蚀与瓦斯渗漏的防护机理,认为在目前的勘测设计条件下,为延长混凝土工程使用寿命,节省维修经费,应相应提高衬砌混凝土的防护等级。采用普通硅酸盐水泥加YBQK抗腐蚀气密混凝土泵送剂,配制出了力学性能、耐久性、安全性与施工性能均满足要求的混凝土,并成功应用于铁峰山隧道混凝土工程。与采用抗硫酸盐水泥相比,大大节约了工程造价。
Combining with the actual project of No.2 tunnel on Tiefengshan Right Line of Wan-Kai Expressway, the protection mechanism of concrete against groundwater erosion and gas seepage is studied and analyzed. It is considered that under the current survey and design conditions, in order to prolong the service life of concrete project and save maintenance expenses, The lining concrete should be raised accordingly. Using ordinary portland cement and YBQK anti-corrosion air-tight concrete pumping agent, the concrete with satisfactory mechanical properties, durability, safety and construction performance was prepared and applied to the concrete works of Tieshan Tunnel. Compared with the use of anti-sulfate cement, greatly saving the project cost.
