目的:探讨龙眼核组方的镇痛作用及抗炎作用。方法:镇痛试验采用小鼠热板法及小鼠光照甩尾法;抗炎试验采用二甲苯小鼠所致耳廓肿胀法试验。结果:龙眼核组方1~8组给药45min明显升高小鼠热板法痛阈值;马应龙组和龙眼核组方6、7、8组给药90min明显升高痛阈值;提示龙眼核组方对热刺激有明显镇痛作用。龙眼核组方1~8组具有延长小鼠光照甩尾时间的作用,且与对照组比甩尾潜伏期延长百分率表明龙眼核组方5~8组高于龙眼核组方1~4组;提示龙眼核组方对光照刺激有明显镇痛作用。龙眼核组方1~8组有明显抑制小鼠耳廓肿胀的作用,且与对照组比小鼠耳廓肿胀抑制百分率表明马应龙组和龙眼核组方4、6、8组高于其余各组;提示龙眼核组方对小鼠二甲苯所致耳肿胀有明显抗炎作用。结论:龙眼核组方具有明显的镇痛、抗炎作用。
Objective: To investigate the analgesic effect and anti-inflammatory effect of longan nuclear group. Methods: The analgesic test was performed by the hot plate method in mice and the flick-tail method in mice. The anti-inflammatory test was performed on the mice with auricle swelling induced by xylene. Results: Longan nuclear group prescriptions 1 ~ 8 group administered 45min significantly increased hot plate pain threshold in mice; Ma Yinglong group and longan nuclear group prescriptions 6,7,8 group administration 90min significantly increased pain threshold; prompted longan nuclear group Side of the thermal stimulation obvious analgesic effect. Longan nuclear group 1 to 8 groups have the effect of prolonging the light flick time of mice, and compared with the control group, the percentage of tail licking latency prolongation shows that the longan nuclear group 5 to 8 groups are longer than the longan nuclear group 1 to 4 groups; Longan nuclear group on the light stimulation had a significant analgesic effect. Longan nuclear group 1 ~ 8 group significantly inhibited the auricle swelling in mice, and compared with the control group mice ear auricle swelling percentage inhibition showed that Ma Ying Long group and longan nuclear group 4,6,8 group than the other groups ; Suggesting that longan nuclear group mice xylene-induced ear swelling obvious anti-inflammatory effect. Conclusion: Longan nuclear prescription has obvious analgesic and anti-inflammatory effects.
