近些年随着文化创意产业的井喷式发展舞蹈专业人才的能力需求发生了结构性转变。市场由以往对专一、专业型人才的大量吸收转变为迫切需求具有跨专业、综合型知识结构的专业人才。同时,全国综合类高校不断增设舞蹈专业,但人才培养模式相对滞后。舞蹈专业毕业生的就业能力与市场需求严重脱节,导致学校与市场无法有效对接,不但导致大量舞蹈专业学生就业困难,对我国舞蹈文化市场的发展也产生了阻力。笔者通过对上述情况的总结与分析,提出了普通高校舞蹈专业“编导演评讲”五位一体化的教学模式构想。此教学模式以培养舞蹈专业为核心的,一专多能的综合型人才为目标,使学生在“编、导、演、评、讲”五个相互独立的方面进行深入学习的基础上,通过课程调整、搭建实践平台、转变评价系统等方式将上述五个方面融会贯通。最终达到完善学生知识结构,提升就业竞争力,为我国文化产业的良性发展输送人才。
In recent years, with the development of the cultural and creative industries, the demand for the ability of dance professionals has undergone structural changes. The market has changed from the large absorption of specialized and professional talents in the past to those professionals in urgent need of cross-disciplinary and comprehensive knowledge structure. At the same time, the national comprehensive colleges and universities continue to add dance professional, but the talent training mode lags behind. The employment abilities of dance majors are seriously out of line with the market demand, which leads to the ineffective connection between schools and markets. This has not only led to the difficulties in employment for a large number of dance majors, but also hindered the development of the dance culture market in our country. Through the above summary and analysis, the author puts forward the conception of the teaching mode of “integration of teaching director and commentary” in colleges and universities. This teaching mode aims at cultivating dance majors as the core, with multi-skill and comprehensive talents as the goal, so that students can make in-depth study in five independent aspects of “compiling, guiding, acting, evaluating and speaking” , Through the curriculum adjustment, build practice platform, change the evaluation system and other means of the above five aspects will be mastered. In the end, the knowledge structure of students will be perfected, the employment competitiveness will be enhanced and talents will be delivered for the healthy development of China’s cultural industry.
