我在表演艺术团体工作已46个年头了,担任基层领导干部,也近40年了,作为一名党在文化艺术团体的基层干部,我的体会主要有以下几点: 一、做一个共产党的干部,必须随时准备牺牲个人利益。不肯牺牲个人利益的党员干部,很难真正体现党的领导,要想牢牢掌握党的基层领导权,做到说活有人听,做事有人帮,真正做到有职有权指挥灵,就必须付出牺牲,而且是心甘情愿和自觉的。例如:
I have been working in performing arts groups for 46 years and have been the leading cadres at the grassroots level for almost 40 years.
