“六一”国际儿童节前夕,由文化部少儿司、文化部振兴京剧指导委员会、中央电视台、北京市文化局联合主办的“首届新苗奖儿童京剧邀请赛”在北京隆重举行并取得了圆满成功。来自北京、天津、上海、河北、山东、辽宁、吉林7个省、市的近百名平均年龄不足10岁的小演员,分专业(戏曲学校学生)和业余两个组参赛。这次邀请赛,是对我国少儿京剧艺术整体水平的的一次检阅,交流了教学经验,发现了京剧艺术的“新苗”,对我国实现“京剧的振兴要从娃娃抓起”的战略思想,无疑起到了巨大的推动作用。赛场上下更是气氛热烈、花絮纷呈,现摘出几折以飨读者。
